Shredding Rights is an action investigating the transformation of The Bureaucracy into an embodiment of Individual Rights. It is an examination of the ideals that formed the original Charter of Human Rights on 10th December, 1948, just after the second world war. In part of the live action The Human Rights act was shredded in the implimentation of Human Rights beyond the bureaucratic political - media - machines.
